Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an interior fit out project in Lincoln for a 4-week programme commencing Tuesday 26th May. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, and driving the project to completion within programme. Requirements:
Valid SMSTS Valid CSCS Card Valid First Aid Certificate Proven experience managing interior fit out / refurbishment projects (Shopfitting experience preferred) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site standards
