Siamo Recruitment is looking for a Contact Centre Advisor for a reputable private healthcare company in Denbighshire, UK. This temporary-to-permanent role involves taking incoming calls, liaising with patients and hospitals, and delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates should have customer service experience, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Full-time hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with a starting pay of £12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks.
