Senior Maintenance Call Handler
Location:
Slough
Salary:
Up to £25,000 per annum
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week
Our client is looking for a Senior Maintenance Call Handler
. Previous experience within repairs, maintenance, or social housing would be an advantage.
The Senior Maintenance Call Handler role involves tasks such as:
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, tenants, and trade operatives
- Taking and logging repair calls
- Being the main point of contact
- Dealing with escalation queries and complaints
- Training and managing a small team of Maintenance Call Handlers
- Raising orders on the internal system
- Performing general admin duties such as filing and scanning
Skills and Experience Required:
- Good telephone manner
- Organized and able to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
