Your typical day will involve:
  • Liaising with solicitors, lenders, surveyors and estate agents to assist with progressing our client’s mortgage applications
  • Working in a team of Administrators who support our Mortgage Advisers
  • Speaking with clients on a daily basis to update them on their mortgages, developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Effective diary and CRM management for the company on a regular basis
  • Answering the phone to our clients and being the first port of call
A bit about you:
  • Previous administration experience (Financial Services is a bonus)
  • Previous Customer Service experience (Financial Services is a bonus)
  • You will be able to solve problems in a timely manner to achieve good customer outcomes
  • You’ll be motivated by a fast-paced and bustling environment

  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
