Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Barry & Caerphilly Twin Location Branches. The role covers 17.5 hours per week on a rota schedule across Monday to Saturday, with a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will help customers with transactions, guidance on products, and support across both sites.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team, thriving on variety and multi-skilled tasks, while contributing to a positive branch experience. Travel between locations is required.
