Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience at our Caerphilly centre. You will greet customers, check bookings at reception, answer questions, and spot sales opportunities while hosting parties and assisting in Laser Arena and karaoke rooms.
You'll work across departments, stay friendly under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and help keep the centre clean. The role requires evenings and weekends on a fully flexible pattern; training is provided.
