Teacher Active is currently recruiting Exam Invigilators for secondary schools across Caerphilly for the forthcoming exam periods. We are building a bank of committed exam invigilators to supervise examinations, ensuring all guidelines and regulations are strictly adhered to throughout each session.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the exam venue, including distributing exam papers and necessary materials.
Inform students of exam conditions and rules prior to commencement.
Monitor the examination room to maintain a calm and secure environment.
Assist students with bathroom breaks in a manner that complies with regulations.
Collect exam materials promptly after the session and ensure the hall is left tidy and presentable for subsequent exams.
The ideal Exam Invigilator will possess:

Excellent communication skills.
Strong ability to follow and enforce rules and regulations.
High levels of vigilance and attention to detail.
Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
