Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting for Student Teachers to begin work in Caerphilly and surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately.

Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, retain flexibility around their work and sharpen their skills before embarking on a more permanent placement.

Holding a Valid UK driver's licence would increase opportunities for work.

• Are you on course to obtain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE or a BA in Education?
• Have a minimum 3‑month experience of teaching within a UK Primary or Secondary School,
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
• Plan innovative and creative lessons with the correct Education and Training,
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,
• Be able to inspire and motivate pupils.

• A minimum pay rate of at least M1 (Currently £125 per day)
• £125 friend‑recommendation scheme
• A variety of daily, short‑term, and long‑term positions to suit your needs
• No need for completion of time sheets
• Pay via PAYE directly through Education Supply Pool, not an umbrella company
