The successful ALN Learning Support Assistant will be supporting pupils across all Key Stages with Autism / ASD, Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD, and challenging behaviours, requiring a proactive and adaptable approach.

• Level 2 or Level 3 CACHE qualification or equivalent
• Experience working with children with additional needs and disabilities
• Experience supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviours
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• Team-Teach or MAPA training desirable
