• A strong interest in Mathematics and Economics
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in either subject
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with young learners
• Willingness to learn and adapt teaching methods according to student needs
• Classroom management skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
