• Daily rate of £120 – £150, depending on qualifications and level of experience
• Supervise whole classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre‑set work and ensure students remain on task
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment
• Respond confidently to challenge and low‑level disruption, in line with school behaviour policies
• Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Uphold safeguarding procedures at all times
• Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of lessons

• Supportive schools with clear behaviour policies

• Free CPD e‑learning courses, including behaviour management and safeguarding
• A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placement
• Generous referral bonus – up to £250 (Teacher £250 / Teaching Assistant £100 once your referral completes 20 days of work)

• Experience working with young people in a secondary school or youth setting
• Strong behaviour management skills – essential
• Confidence supervising whole classes independently
• Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration is required
• A calm, resilient and professional approach
• A genuine interest in supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing
