Primary Teaching Assistant

If you have good experience as a Teaching Assistant or great transferable skills from working with children in the past, then you could be very suitable for the current roles available.

You should be comfortable in group situations with pupils, as well as taking children in 1 to 1 settings outside of the classroom. Some experience in a classroom or dealing with children in some capacity is desirable - an enhanced DBS and registration to the EWC is also essential. Being a role model to all pupils, as well as building and maintaining professional relationships with all other staff members, is also very important.
