• Provide general classroom support to enhance student learning experiences
• Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with the supervision of students during activities and break times
• Support individual and small groups of pupils to meet their educational needs
• Help implement learning plans and behaviour management strategies

• Prior experience working with primary school children preferred
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting young learners
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and adaptable with a passion for education
  
  Relevant qualifications or training in supporting children (preferred but not essential)
