Compensation: £28,080 - £29,120 / year
DescriptionTo provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 0–5 years in line with the EYFS framework and Little Elms’ Four Pillars curriculum.
The Level 3 Educator will ensure children are safe, stimulated, and supported to thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally within a warm, professional environment.
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (as recognised by the DfE).
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
