Food Technology Teacher – Secondary Schools (Full-time or Part-time)

Salary: £160 - £200 per day, depending on experience

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to work across multiple Secondary Schools in the vibrant city of Sheffield. As a Food Technology Teacher, you will deliver engaging and dynamic lessons to students across KS3 & KS4, inspiring creativity, confidence, and a love for Food Technology. You will work across a range of supportive and forward‑thinking secondary schools, each committed to high‑quality teaching and excellent student outcomes.

• Plan and deliver creative Food Technology lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Teach a range of Food Technology skills, including performance, composition, and theory
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to school concerts, Food Technology clubs, and extracurricular activities

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary or FE level
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Food Technology education
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple sites
