New Directions Education in Caerphilly is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supply team across local primary settings. You will support pupils' learning across year groups and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
We look for HLTA status or equivalent experience, experience in a primary school, confidence in leading whole-class sessions, and a strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
