Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Caerphilly this September?
Due to increasing demand from our partner schools, we are recruiting dedicated and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team across Primary Schools in Caerphilly. We have a range of flexible opportunities available, making this the perfect role if you're looking for work that fits around your lifestyle or other commitments.
Our partner schools regularly require support for planned absences, training days, and unexpected staff shortages. Many schools value continuity and often request the same Teaching Assistant for future bookings, allowing you to build strong relationships and enjoy regular work throughout the academic year.

Competitive daily pay from £95 per day, with higher rates depending on experience, qualifications, and client rates

We're Looking For
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a Primary School
A positive, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Essential Requirements
Enhanced DBS Certificate
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
Right to work in the UK
