New Directions Education in Bargoed is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school. You will work with teachers to support pupils in class and through small group or one-to-one interventions, helping every child reach their potential.
Ideal candidates are patient, proactive and reliable with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
