Teacher Active are proud to be recruiting for a qualified ALN Teacher (Additional Learning Needs Teacher) with QTS to work on a full-time, long-term basis in a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Caerphilly.

What Does an ALN Teacher Do?
An ALN Teacher (Additional Learning Needs Teacher) supports students who require additional help accessing education due to learning difficulties, disabilities, or behavioural challenges.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver tailored and differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Support students with conditions such as autism (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia, and SEMH (social, emotional and mental health needs)
- Adapt teaching strategies to support engagement and progress
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals
