Aspire People are urgently seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer for an immediate opportunity in Caerphilly. This role is suited to a lecturer with previous experience delivering specific Construction and Plumbing courses who can hit the ground running.
The Role- Deliver Foundation in Construction and BSE
- Plumbing and Tiling - Teach Progression in BSE
- Plumbing and Heating - Support learners with their development and progress
- Plan, deliver and assess learning activities
- Complete learner support, administration and curriculum-related duties
- Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
- Immediately available to start
- Previous teaching experience delivering Foundation in Construction and BSE
- Plumbing and Tiling - Previous teaching experience delivering Progression in BSE
- Plumbing and Heating - Relevant Plumbing or Construction qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge and practical industry understanding
- Experience assessing learners and monitoring progress
- Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
