We are hiring a Finance & Strategy Analyst to support our Product and Business teams as we scale across multiple platforms with distinct business models. The analyst will own financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic analysis to help managers understand what works, where to invest, and how decisions affect the P&L.

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across product lines – revenue, margins and unit economics.
• Partner with Product leadership on investment decisions, pricing and new product launches, translating roadmap choices into financial outcomes.
• Define and track the metrics that matter: usage growth, contribution margin, cost per unit, and payback periods.
• Support operations teams with headcount planning, budget management and spend analysis.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles with clarity and speed, and present findings directly to senior leadership.

• 4+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking or consulting – ideally in a high‑growth tech or AI company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and unit economics.
• Experience building P&Ls from scratch and owning models end‑to‑end, defending them with senior stakeholders.
• SQL proficiency and fluency in working with large datasets; experience with BI and FP&A tools.
• First‑principles thinker who brings structure to ambiguous problems.

This role is remote and can be executed across EMEA. You may also work from our offices in New York, London or Warsaw. As a remote‑first company we prioritize talent over location with structured asynchronous workflows.
