• Processing sales invoices with speed and accuracy to support busy production schedules
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring payments are received on time
• Chasing outstanding debt professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Reconciling accounts and supporting month-end reporting
• Working closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to keep cashflow strong
• Investigating and resolving account queries quickly and efficiently

• Experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance support (manufacturing experience is a bonus!)
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Confident communicator who can build positive customer relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
• Good Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
