Coventry City Council is seeking dedicated professionals to join their HMO Licensing and Enforcement teams. This role is crucial for ensuring that Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) are safe and legally compliant across Coventry.
Ideal candidates will be nearing qualification in Environmental Health or recently qualified. They will conduct inspections, manage licensing processes, and provide expert guidance to landlords and tenants. A full UK driving licence is preferable. Closing date for applications is midnight on 30th June 2026.
