Registered Branch Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to launch and lead a brand-new domiciliary care service in Caerphilly, as part of a highly reputable specialist home care provider expanding across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and confident in developing a service from the ground up with the support of an experienced leadership team.

Registered Branch Manager Responsibilities:

To take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Caerphilly domiciliary care service.
To ensure the service operates in full compliance with CIW regulations and quality standards.
To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff and external stakeholders.
To drive growth of the service, with a focus on complex care packages.
To monitor performance metrics and achieve operational and financial objectives.
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:

Proven experience managing a domiciliary care/live-in care service.
Experience supporting a range of client groups including complex care needs.
Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance processes.
Commercial awareness and ability to grow a care service.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
