Case Management Cymru is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker in Bridgend to assist a client with cerebral palsy in achieving greater independence s role involves providing 24/7 support tailored to the client's unique needs and ensuring a respectful, safe environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or be willing to obtain one) and ideally have experience working with clients who have cognitive difficulties. A supportive approach and good communication skills are essential.
