Working in a supportive multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver a comprehensive community mental health service. Through the Care and Treatment Planning approach, you will support adults requiring community-based health and social care, enhancing their independence, dignity, and recovery. Additionally, you will step into the role and duties of the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) as needed. Sharing your extensive skills, you will also mentor and develop less experienced team members, ensuring the team consistently delivers excellent service.

• Deliver community mental health services to individuals assessed as requiring intensive support
• Implement the Care and Treatment Planning approach for adults needing support in mental health and social care
• Maximise and maintain service users’ independence and dignity, and support their recovery journeys
• Fulfil the role and duties of the AMHP when required by service user needs
• Offer enhanced expertise to daily practices, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery
• Mentor and support less experienced team members to foster a thriving team environment
