Caerphilly

£13.45‑£13.55 per hour and £0.30 per mile.

Truly Flexible – Full‑time, Part‑time, mornings, evenings, or weekends.

As a Care Assistant you will visit vulnerable adults in the Caerphilly community in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Your day might include helping with washing and dressing, preparing meals, prompting medication, and providing companionship.

• Help someone get ready for the day (assisting with washing and dressing).
• Prepare breakfast or lunch.
• Prompt medication.
• Provide a listening ear, friendly chat, and companionship.

Experience is not required. Whether you have cared for a family member, raised your own family, or seek a career change, we provide full paid training to give you confidence.

• Fantastic pay: £13.45 per hour and £13.55 weekend rate.
• Mileage allowance: mileage paid to keep our drivers moving.
