Action Deafness in Wales is actively seeking Specialist Support Workers to join our Care and Support team in Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. This zero-hour/relief contract role covers holidays and absences, with opportunities to empower Deaf, Deafblind and Hard of Hearing individuals.
The successful candidate will have experience in social care, understand Deaf needs, and communicate effectively; BSL is desirable. We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits, plus ongoing training.
