Shaw healthcare is seeking a compassionate individual to join Llwyn Teg, a care home in Llanfyllin, Powys. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week with shifts from 07:15-13:45 and 13:15-19:45, including some weekend rotation.
You will provide person-centred care, assist with personal care, maintain care records, and work with the team to create a dignified, inclusive environment for residents, many of whom live with dementia.
