Itec Skills and Employment is seeking a Trainee Health & Social Care Assessor for West Wales. The role provides end-to-end support to apprenticeship learners, ensuring current assessment methods to help learners progress in Health and Social Care.
You will travel regionally to visit learners, manage caseloads, plan learning journeys, provide feedback, and conduct monthly progress reviews while maintaining quality standards. Driving licence and DBS/EWC steps are required.
