The Grove in Ystradgynlais seeks a Residential Team Leader to supervise and support care teams delivering person-centred care for older people, including those with dementia. The role is a 40-hour fixed term contract, with shifts from 21:30 to 07:30, and a pay rate of £15.08 per hour.
You will lead by example, ensure safe medication administration, and report changes to residents’ needs promptly. Strong people skills and initiative are essential to maintain high standards of care.
