An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the Acute Oncology Service (AOS) at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff.
This is a rewarding role within a specialist multidisciplinary team, supporting patients with cancer through early assessment, intervention, and discharge planning. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to prevent hospital admissions where appropriate and ensuring patients receive timely rehabilitation and support to optimise outcomes and facilitate safe discharge home.
Essential Criteria- Physiotherapy degree (BSc) or diploma.
- HCPC Registration.
- Strong acute inpatient physiotherapy experience and the ability to manage acutely unwell patients.
- Excellent complex discharge planning skills.
- Experience working with oncology or cancer patients is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary team-working abilities.

- Flexible working schedule (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday).
