We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our team and provide high‑quality support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping to create a positive and engaging workplace culture.

The Role

As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering day‑to‑day HR support and guiding managers through people‑related matters. You will:

  • Provide first‑line HR advice to managers and employees across a range of topics including performance, absence, conduct, and wellbeing.
  • Support employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent and timely resolution.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, helping to attract and integrate new talent.
  • Manage HR processes and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and great employee experience.
  • Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking.
  • Maintain HR systems and data, producing reports and insights to support decision‑making.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
The Person

We’re looking for someone who brings both capability and confidence to the role:

  • Strong HR knowledge with experience advising on policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Sound judgement with the confidence to coach and challenge when needed.
  • Organised and detail‑focused, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and solutions‑focused, with a positive approach to change.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
