** About the Role
** Drive people strategy across multiple business units, partnering with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
** Responsibilities
* ** Advise managers on performance, ER cases, and policy.
* Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement actions.
* Analyse HR metrics (turnover, absence) and propose interventions.
* Support change programs and TUPE where applicable.
** Requirements
* ** 4+ years HR generalist/HRBP experience.
* Strong ER, coaching, and UK employment law knowledge.
* CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent).Location
