Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Complaints Review Officer for an initial temporary contract of 3–6 months with a potential for permanency. This hybrid role requires 3–4 days in the office based in E1 1BJ
, offering an opportunity to leverage your skills in complaint handling.
The successful candidate will investigate complex complaints, support the drafting of responses for the Council, and recommend compensation awards as needed. Applicants should have a strong background in handling and analyzing complaints.
