Delivery Consultant

Experienced Delivery Consultant | UK | £30,000–£40,000 + Commission

Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for STEM markets? We're looking for a driven Delivery Consultant to join our team, taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery process across engineering and technology roles throughout the UK.

This is a pure delivery-focused position; no BD required, so if you thrive on finding exceptional talent, building candidate pipelines, and making placements, this could be the role for you.

• Taking full ownership of candidate delivery across live engineering and technology briefs
• Sourcing passive and active candidates through job boards, Linked In, direct headhunt, and referrals
• Conducting thorough candidate qualification calls and preparing candidates for interview
• Managing candidates through the full process from screening to offer and acceptance
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of STEM talent across your specialist markets
• Partnering closely with consultants and account managers to ensure client briefs are filled efficiently and to a high standard
• Keeping your market knowledge sharp, understanding who's hiring, who's moving, and where the talent is

• Proven experience in a recruitment delivery, resourcing, or 360 role
• Demonstrable experience working in a STEM market — engineering, technology, manufacturing, science, or similar
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels including Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
• Confident communicator, able to build trust with candidates quickly and represent clients credibly
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of hitting delivery KPIs

Salary: £30,000–£40,000 basic + uncapped commission
