£40,000 – £60,000 base + up to 30% commission

The Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Finance and Accounting, will lead client partnerships and drive delivery across Public Sector and Not-for-Profit clients. With a strong platform behind you, including dedicated BD and research support, you’ll focus on high-impact placements while shaping the next phase of the firm’s expansion.

• Place top-tier finance professionals across charities, education, government, and housing
• Build deep relationships with clients and candidates in a high-demand, low-supply market.
• Shape the team’s culture and strategy as the firm scales up (even more)
• Clear progression plan in place to Director level

• 4 - 10 years of experience in 360 agency recruitment
• Finance and Accountancy recruitment experience is key
• Public sector client experience
• Proven billings of £250k+
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• A growth mindset with ambition to progress into leadership
