Genuit Group’s Climate Management Solutions (CMS) is seeking a motivated People and Culture Graduate for a 12-month fixed-term contract at Caerphilly, with some travel to our ADEY site in Stonehouse, Gloucester. Working hours are 8:30–17:00 (or 9:00–17:00 with lunch), on-site, and you will report to the CMS HR Director.
The role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle and practical HR experience in a fast-paced environment, ideal for a recent graduate or someone with CIPD Level 5 aiming
