Genuit Group’s Climate Management Solutions (CMS) is seeking a motivated People and Culture Graduate for a 12-month fixed-term contract at Nuaire, Caerphilly. You will gain exposure to the employee lifecycle, supporting both operational and strategic HR activities under the CMS HR Director.
The role is ideal for a recent HR graduate or CIPD Level 5 holder, offering broad HR experience in a fast-paced environment with travel to our ADEY site in Stonehouse, Gloucester.
