As a newly Employee-Owned business, we’re building a culture where every team member’s voice and ideas are valued. We believe that our passionate employees will drive our innovation and growth.

Be part of a team that thrives on collaboration, creativity and shared success.

We are an IT service provider with a wide range of clients across multiple sectors who rely on us to provide responsive IT support when they need it most. We pride ourselves on delivering a full-cycle IT service to help organisations improve, innovate and transform.

The Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT/Cloud Technician to join our busy IT Helpdesk Team. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, this role will provide helpdesk support to clients, assisting them with hardware and software problems via the Internet, phone and email. As a member of the technical team, we are looking for a team player. We foster a supportive environment where sharing knowledge and providing quality customer service should be second nature.

We also invest in technical skills and training, allowing you to grow and develop your IT career through formal certifications.

This role is varied, and no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is excited by technology; someone who naturally keeps up to date with the latest technologies, techniques, initiatives and changes in the industry.

Skills and Experience

Required:
  • Excellent telephone manner and communications skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and knowledge of Server Operating Systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting.
  • Fully conversant with PC hardware set-up, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Most importantly a ‘hands on’ approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous MSP experience preferred but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own transport is essential for this role.

We take professional development seriously and would welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate they have invested in their own personal development. For example, a COMP TIA or MCP qualification or evidence that you are working towards.

This role will be office-based.

In return, we offer career and salary progression for the right skills and attitude. We also offer a wide range of employee-led benefits, including Profit-Related Bonus, Life Cover, 24/7 Access to a GP, and access to Wellbeing Services.

If you believe you would be a good fit for our environment and culture, we’d like to hear from you. Please send a CV and covering letter to
