Key Responsibilities

  • Champion agile methodologies embedding best practices across the engineering lifecycle.

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and commercial stakeholders to drive roadmap alignment and business value.
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of innovation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Extensive experience (13+ years) leading global engineering organisations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven success in modernising complex technology estates
    , including experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
  • Skilled in managing remote-first, international teams across multiple time zones.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to align technology with strategic business objectives.
  • Strong experience in talent strategy
    , building diverse, resilient teams, and developing technical leaders.
  • Deep understanding of software development best practices
    , delivery methodologies, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills at board and executive level.
