The Frameworks Experience team is central to how Vanta scales its compliance offering. Our vision is for every customer—regardless of size, industry, or maturity—to be able to find the right programs for their business, adopt them with opinionated guidance and automation as the default, and trust that the programs they rely on will evolve with them as their business and the regulatory landscape change.
Instead of compliance feeling like interpretation-heavy work that customers have to figure out on their own, the experience becomes clear, guided, and grounded in expertise encoded directly into the product.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Frameworks Experience team at Vanta, you will be responsible for how customers discover, adopt, and implement compliance programs—and for the internal platform that powers it all will own the product work that makes program adoption seamless and transparent, adopted programs ready‑to‑run and tailored to customer complexity, and build the internal platform that lets our teams safely and efficiently launch and evolve programs.
You will own core Agent workflows and AI features, building new agentic capabilities that become the default way users interact with Vanta.
Develop the strategy and roadmap for your product area
Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high‑quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
Deeply understand our customers and market, and translate their needs into clear agentic experiences that solve real compliance challenges
Deliver high‑quality products that address key customer pain points and establish Vanta’s leadership in AI‑powered GRC solutions
Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as we grow
Have 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality SaaS/B2B and AI products
Have strong technical skills and experience working directly with LLMs, including writing and iterating on prompts, evaluating outputs, and driving systematic quality improvements
Have a track record of building customer‑facing products in complex, interpretation‑heavy, or regulated domains—turning ambiguous domain content into clear, guided, opinionated product experiences
Possess a customer‑focused mindset—proactively reach out to customers, synthesize feedback, and partner with go‑to‑market teams
Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user‑centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders
Communicate with clarity and influence—both written and verbal—with team members, stakeholders, and executives
Have a learner's mindset, a genuine passion for building AI products, and the grit to experiment, iterate, and fail
Be data driven—you lean into qual signals from users and can dig into the quant side to inform roadmap and prioritization
Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work—demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
Prior experience working with compliance or security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, NIST), or building products in the security, cyber, privacy, or GRC B2B SaaS space
Familiarity with audit workflows, regulated industries, or the operational realities of running a compliance program
Have experience owning both customer‑facing product and internal platform or tooling work
