TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm to recruit a Fee Earning Conveyancer to join their growing residential property team in Caerphilly. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer or an experienced fee-earning conveyancing paralegal who is looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice with a strong regional presence.
The RoleYou will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including:
- Buying and selling residential property
- Residential leases, including lease extensions
- Remortgaging
- Equity release
- Transfers of equity
The role offers a good level of autonomy, with the support of an experienced team and established systems in place.
The Ideal Candidate- Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer) or an experienced Fee Earning Conveyancing Paralegal
- Able to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong communication and client-care skills
Organised, proactive and commercially aware - Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
