Hybrid working available TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm to recruit a Fee Earning Conveyancer to join their growing residential property team in Caerphilly. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer or an experienced fee-earning conveyancing paralegal who is looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice with a strong regional presence.

The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including:
Buying and selling residential property Residential leases, including lease extensions Remortgaging Equity release Transfers of equity The role offers a good level of autonomy, with the support of an experienced team and established systems in place.

The Ideal Candidate Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer) or an experienced Fee Earning Conveyancing Paralegal Able to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently Strong communication and client-care skills Organised, proactive and commercially aware Comfortable working in a hybrid environment Whats on Offer Hybrid working arrangements A varied and good-quality residential conveyancing caseload Supportive team culture with long-term career prospects Opportunity to join a respected regional firm with multiple offices across South Wales and beyond This role would suit someone looking for stability, flexibility, and the chance to develop their career within a reputable and people-focused firm.
