Interim Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain - East Midlands

The interim Head of Sourcing and Supply Chain will:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain objectives with business goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective pricing and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify and manage risks within the supply chain to ensure business continuity.

The successful Head of Sourcing and Supply Chain should have:
