In this role, you will be responsible for leading the supply planning function across manufacturing and distribution operations, ensuring product availability while balancing service, inventory, operational efficiency, and cost. You will play a key role in driving planning excellence, managing supplier performance, leading a team, and supporting business growth through effective decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will:
Lead the supply planning function, ensuring robust supply plans are in place to support service levels, operational performance, and business objectives across manufacturing and distribution operations.
Manage supplier relationships, contract performance, and sourcing activities, identifying risks, driving improvements, and supporting commercial decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, systems, and ways of working to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall supply chain performance.
Manage budgets, team performance, and capability development, providing leadership, coaching, and direction to build a high-performing supply planning team.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Quality, and Leadership teams to support strategic objectives, business transformation, and regulatory compliance.
About you:
Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Supply Planning Manager, Planning Manager, or Head of Supply Chain, with responsibility for leading and developing teams.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and align supply chain activities with wider business objectives.
Proven ability to drive results and accountability, both personally and across teams.
Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
An influential leader who can build stakeholder buy-in, drive change, and translate business objectives into actionable plans.
