Acting as a central point of contact for crew, contractors, and regulatory bodies, you will ensure that vessels remain compliant, seaworthy, and efficient.

The role is based full‑time in Monaco, with regular international travel expected—often at short notice—for vessel inspections, project oversight, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Proven experience within the yachting sector is essential
  • Sound working knowledge of international maritime regulations including SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, IACS, REG Code and various flag state requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and clear reporting style
  • Comfortable using MS Office and familiar with PMS platforms and yacht management tools such as MMV
  • Strong coordination, mediation and multitasking abilities, with a problem‑solving mindset
Benefits
