• Creating a culture of excellent customer service
• Driving the business growth through local promotions and central product delivery

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a hands‑on General Manager, ideally within leisure or hospitality, while leading and developing large teams
• Experience in optimising revenue and overall business performance
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
