Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm

Monday to Friday 1.30pm 10pm

Sunday to Thursday 9.30pm 6am

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing site in the Caerphilly area.

This is a hands-on and physically demanding role requiring a high level of fitness and stamina. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the movement and handling of food products to ensure production targets are met.

This opportunity offers long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods within the warehouse
• Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 25kg throughout the shift
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food manufacturing regulations
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider warehouse and production team as required

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg repeatedly during shifts
• Previous warehouse or food production experience (desirable but not essential)
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
