Allerton Bywater (WF10) | £13.72 per hour + OT opportunities | Full-time, Temp to Perm

We’re recruiting General Operatives to join our client’s busy recycling site in Allerton Bywater, Castleford. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, modern facility with excellent training and career development.
What’s on offer- £13.72 per hour
- Overtime paid at x1.5–x3
- Rotating shifts, Monday–Friday:
- 6am–2pm
- 2pm–10pm
- 10pm–6am
- No weekend work
- Free onsite parking, gym & showers
- Full training and progression opportunities
- Working on production and recycling lines
- Feeding materials onto conveyors
- Sorting, stacking and organising materials
- Supporting machine operators
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Completing basic paperwork where required
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Looking for full-time, long-term work
